To celebrate the 2018 Serpetine Pavilion, we explored the architectural design by Frida Escobedo in a film and other content, captured with cinematographer Pedro Kok.

For this campaign, we also commissioned Zadie Smith, Valeria Luiselli, Rachel Kushner, Geoff Dyer, and Hans Ulrich Obrist to contribute to a special edition of Aesop’s literary publication, The Fabulist, pertaining to architectural structure, space, and the senses.

Aesop’s London stores featured brick-work inspired by Frida Escobedo’s use of simple materials, alongside the booklet.
